Our beliefs
We are a Reformed Presbyterian Church that upholds the inerrancy of Scripture. The Bible is the only rule to govern the faith and life of God’s people, as individuals, and as His Church.
Because we believe that God has preserved His Word we use the King James Version of the Bible, as it is based on the original Greek and Hebrew texts that God kept pure for His Church in all ages.
Our teachings are summarized in the Westminster Confession of Faith and its Catechisms. These are not Scripture, and we do not treat them as such; rather, they are a faithful statement of Biblical teachings.
We believe in worshipping God as He has commanded in Scripture. God alone determines how He is to be approached in worship, rather than man and his innovations and additions.
Because God commands it we sing the Psalms without musical accompaniment. We sing from the 1650 Scottish Metrical Psalter, which is a faithful translation of the Hebrew Masoretic Text set to meter suitable for personal and congregational singing.
We believe in calling the Sabbath a delight and make full use of the Lord’s Day to worship God and rest as He has commanded. We enjoy spending time resting from the cares of the world and enjoying God and His people on Sundays.
We do not add to or subtract from what God has called holy. As such, we do not hold to so-called “holy days,” be they from a man-made church calendar or from the civil magistrate.

Our commitment
We commit ourselves to the clear teaching of the Bible and seek to live in obedience to God’s Word. Our faith is based on the historic doctrines of the Reformation.
Teaching and worship
Our church emphasizes biblical preaching and worship that honors God. We are committed to unapologetically preaching the whole counsel of God.
Fellowship and community
We believe in fostering a strong sense of fellowship among our members. We rest from our labors on the Lord’s Day to enjoy the gathering of the saints.
The Chief End of Man
The Westminster Shorter Catechism, Question One, answers the age-old question of why we are here, or “What is the meaning of life?”
Q. 1. What is the chief end of man?
A. Man’s chief end is to glorify God, and to enjoy him for ever.
