George Lacy is the pastor of Reformation Presbyterian Church. He is an honorably discharged Navy veteran (1991-1995) who served in the Ceremonial Guard, the Navy’s Presidential Honor Guard unit. The Lord converted him in January of 1999. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Longwood University in 2003. The Lord called him to ministry and he graduated from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2009.

He was ordained in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) in 2013. He served in PCA churches in Knoxville, TN and Beeville, TX between 2010 and 2017. From 2017 until 2021 he led a house church and offered pulpit supply to churches without a pastor.

Starting in November 2021 Pastor Lacy began preaching at Reformation Presbyterian Church on a monthly basis. This became a bimonthly basis, and by God’s Providence, he was called and inducted as the pastor on December 23, 2023, having previously transferred his ordination credentials into the RPCAP.

Currently, Pastor Lacy is a bivocational minister. He is serving a Christian school in Richmond, Virginia as a high school Bible and English teacher. In addition, he is an adjunct faculty member of Liberty University. He earned a Master of Arts in Literature from Liberty University in 2025.

He has been married to his wife, Charlotte, since 1999. They have four children, Magnolia, Penelope, Amos, and Malachi.
